Our mission is to encourage and assist in furthering the educational goals of individuals by providing financial assistance.



  • High School Students
  • Vocational Students
  • Students attending college or university
  • Individuals interested in learning the Hawaiian Culture


  • Complete the scholarship application (link to KHCC scholarship application 2012) in its entirety.
  • Submit a double-spaced autobiography describing your educational history and goals, extracurricular activities, and any relevant information you would like to include.
  • Attach a photograph.

Submit a copy of your most recent school transcript, if applicable.

  • Awardees should be willing to complete twenty hours of volunteered community service.


The completed form and all requested documents and information must be postmarked no later than April 30th, 2012.

Scholarships will be presented to the recipients at the Kuakini HCC Annual Scholarship Dinner held in July. You are welcomed to join us at our regular meetings held every first Wednesday of the month.
